Pearse Lumb was born in Santa Monica, California in 1988.

 He grew up with his parents and two brothers, living in both the United States and Europe and attending schools in Los Angeles, Chicago, London (UK), Las Vegas and Prague (Czech Republic).

 
Pearse was fortunate to have studied at the prestigious Ojai Valley school (Ojai, California), and spent the last two years of high school at the International school of Prague (Prague, Czech Republic).

 He then went on to graduate with his Professional Certificate in Retail Interior Design from the Lorenzo de Medici (Florence, Italy). While at the university he studied computer imaging, drawing, color theory, spacing and more with and emphasis in Interior design.


 After graduating from college, Pearse moved back to Los Angeles, to begin utilizing his recently acquired skills in the film industry. He worked on national commercials and fashion photo shoot campaigns in various capacities, from a Production Assistant, Illustrator, Set Dresser to Art Director.

 Pearse’s interest in fashion and retail however started from an early age and he began working from the time he was 12, helping in local surf stores and later for larger retail chains such as Urban Outfitters and Macy's. In 2012 Pearse decided to move to New York to follow his dream and to gain the deeper insight needed to forge a career in the Fashion industry 

 

 Pearse’s ascent in retail fashion began in Soho, where at Ben Shermans he quickly became the top salesman, both national and then internationally topping sales close to 100k per month

He was soon headhunted by Saks Fifth Ave and within a month of exceptional service and sales there for Theory, his talents were recognized once again, this time by Polo Ralph Lauren Black Label, who recruited him to become their in store brand ambassador.

Pearse’s forte is in recognizing client base, understanding market need and in his creative ability to not only merchandise successfully and motivate fellow employees, but deliver this package in its entirety

These talents were recognized by the Italian Denim Company, 883 Police. Who in the beginning of 2013 head hunted him to oversee their move into the US market and head up their North American operations. It was a challenge he could not refuse.
